Jacob is our General Manager with 15 years of experience in the Pet Care Facility industry. He has years of dedication as a Guest Attendant and as Shift Manager. Jacob possesses the knowledge, understanding, and skills of animal husbandry and facility management that few possess. He loves animals and personally knows every Dog and Cat who come through our doors. They all love him, as do our Clients who are greeted daily with Jacobs smile and positive energy. This also includes all the exotics we Board, whether it’s birds, reptiles, guinea pigs, or rabbits, or even potbellied pigs. Jacob has a way with animals that gets them to relax and enjoy their stay. Jacob oversees our Team of Guest Attendants making sure they provide the best loving care possible, and also maintains our 1.5-acre facility to ensure our priorities of safety and comfort for all our Guests are met.
 
Jacob was born in Rapid City, South Dakota but has lived in Denver most of his life. He is passionate about his family, animals, people, and cars. He and his wife have three children. If you need anything at all, have questions, or are new to CSS Pet Resorts, Jacob is the General Manager you can rely on for straight answers and the best care possible.

Shari has been with Come Sit Stay Pet Resorts since its inception in 2009. Shari and her Accounting Team are your contact for anything relating to billing, HR, or business administration. Shari works together with the Owners and Key Team Members to provide you with the best customer experience possible. Quick with her smile and laughter, Shari’s massive life experience provides stability to our CSS Team that is the envy of other businesses. An obvious animal lover, too, she is here for you if you need anything at all and enjoys seeing all the happy Guests who rotate through our Resorts daily.
 
A native of Massachusetts, Shari has lived in Colorado for over 30 years. She has a beautiful little dog at home and enjoys spending time with her family in all types of activities and community service. Feel free to quiz Shari on any 80s rock song lyrics or iconic movie quotes.

We are delighted to introduce Chloe, who joined the Come Sit Stay family in September of 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a passion for animal care. Originally from Citrus County, Florida, Chloe made the move to Colorado to continue to pursue her career in the pet industry.
 
With several years of expertise in animal husbandry, dog walking, and pet sitting under her belt, Chloe seamlessly integrated into our team, quickly establishing herself as an invaluable member of our management team. Her attention to detail and can-do attitude has been instrumental in maintaining our facility’s high standards of care and service. Because of her outstanding attitude Chloe recently added Office Manager to her continued list of achievements.
 
Committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of our furry Guests, Chloe earned her Pet First Aid/CPR certification last year, further solidifying her dedication to the welfare of the animals in our care.
 
Outside of her professional duties, Chloe finds joy in a variety of hobbies, including reading, painting, and hiking. However, her greatest pleasure comes from spending quality time with her cherished companions: Loki and Topaz, her Tabby cats.
 
With Chloe’s leadership and expertise, Come Sit Stay continues to uphold its reputation as a premier pet boarding facility, where every Guest receives the highest standard of care and attention.

DaNelle was born in Spokane, Washington, and later moved to Franktown, Colorado, where she was raised. She first joined Come Sit Stay Pet Resorts in 2013 before leaving in 2017 to renovate her new house with her wife. She returned to the CSS Team in 2022. She has become an invaluable part of the team through her dedication, leadership, versatility, and passion for exceptional pet care. Prior to joining CSS, DaNelle built over 20 years of experience in retail management, developing strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
 
DaNelle began her journey at CSS as a Guest Attendant and quickly demonstrated her commitment to excellence and natural leadership abilities. Over time, she advanced into Senior Management and Employee Training roles while also becoming a highly skilled Lead Groomer. She consistently provides outstanding care and service to both pets and their owners, and her broad experience across multiple departments has made her a knowledgeable and trusted leader within the company.
 
In addition to her professional accomplishments, DaNelle is certified in Pet First Aid and CPR, reflecting her strong commitment to the safety, health, and well-being of every guest in our care.
 
DaNelle has a special love for German Shepherds and shares her home with three of her own. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, hiking, ATV riding, and reading. She also takes pride in handling many of her own home repairs and maintenance projects — a hands-on skillset that has proven to be a valuable asset at CSS as well.

Lizzy is a Colorado native, born and raised in Littleton, Colorado. She joined Come Sit Stay Pet Resorts in 2021 and has become an integral part of the CSS family through her dedication, versatility, and passion for exceptional pet care. Prior to joining CSS, Lizzy developed her strong customer service skills and attention to detail while working as a barista at Starbucks.
 
Lizzy began her journey at CSS as a Guest Attendant and quickly demonstrated her leadership potential and commitment to excellence. Over the years, she has successfully taken on a variety of roles including Bather, VIP Guest Attendant, and Food Chef, consistently providing outstanding care and service to both pets and their owners.
 
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Lizzy is certified in Pet First Aid and CPR, reflecting her strong commitment to the safety, health, and well-being of every guest in our care.
 
Outside of work, Lizzy enjoys cooking, creating new recipes, hiking with her dogs, and caring for her growing collection of houseplants. All of which reflect her nurturing and creative personality.
 
At home, Lizzy shares her life with her three dogs, Farley, Athena, and Juno, along with her two cats, Oscar and Joker. Her love for animals extends far beyond the workplace and is evident in every aspect of her life.

Leslie was born and raised in California and made Colorado her home in 2007. She joined Come Sit Stay Pet Resorts as a Guest Attendant in 2019, where she quickly stood out for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and natural ability to build relationships with both pets and their owners. After a brief time away, Leslie returned to the resort as a Front Desk Concierge, and her dedication, leadership, and passion for exceptional guest service soon earned her a promotion to Manager.
 
Having worked in multiple departments throughout the resort, Leslie brings a comprehensive understanding of daily operations and the teamwork required to create an outstanding experience for every Guest. Her knowledge of pet care, resort procedures, and client relations makes her an invaluable member of the management team and a trusted resource for both staff and pet parents.
 
Outside of work, Leslie enjoys spending time with her three wonderful children and caring for her beloved pets—two cats, Kitty Baby and Pepper, and her leopard gecko, Lenny. In her free time, she loves cooking, shopping, and exploring Colorado’s beautiful hiking trails.
 
Leslie’s extensive pet care knowledge, strong husbandry skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and genuine love for animals make her a natural fit for the pet care industry. Her leadership, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence help ensure that every pet receives exceptional care, comfort, and attention during their stay at Come Sit Stay Pet Resorts. Whether supporting her team or caring for Guests, Leslie consistently goes above and beyond to make every visit a positive experience.

Ashley was born and raised in a small farming town in Illinois before attending an in-state university, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology. After graduation, she spent 10 years living in Springfield, Illinois, before relocating to Colorado Springs alongside her three giant-breed dogs and late partner.
 
Seeking a renewed sense of purpose beyond simply being a devoted dog mom, Ashley took a leap of faith and joined Come Sit Stay Pet Resorts as a Front Desk Concierge in 2024. An opportunity that quickly proved to be exactly what she had been searching for. Through her role at CSS, she discovered true fulfillment in building relationships with clients and caring for the many pets that walk through the doors each day.
 
Prior to joining CSS, Ashley built a diverse professional background in both the medical and hospitality industries, where she consistently demonstrated exceptional customer service, professionalism, compassion, and strong attention to detail.
 
Since becoming part of the CSS family, Ashley has cross-trained in multiple departments, including Guest Attendant and Grooming, showcasing her versatility, adaptability, and willingness to support wherever needed. Her ability to multitask and step into different roles has made her an invaluable member of the team. Most recently, Ashley expanded her responsibilities by joining the Accounting Department as an Accounting Assistant.
 
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys gardening, hiking, and spending time outdoors. At home, she shares her life with her beloved adopted senior dog, Scout.

Allison was born in California and raised primarily in Colorado. She joined Come Sit Stay Pet Resorts as a Front Desk Concierge in 2024, bringing with her a deep love for animals, especially dogs. Having grown up with pets, animals have always been an important part of her life.
 
Prior to joining CSS, Allison worked at a dog daycare, where she developed a passion for delivering exceptional care, husbandry, and client experiences. She also previously worked in both customer service and accounting, where she demonstrated outstanding customer service skills and professionalism.
Since joining the CSS team, Allison has consistently brought her A-game. She contributes great energy, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to providing exceptional care and comfort to our guests and clients. Her outstanding attention to detail has made her an added asset to the marketing team. Allison’s versatility, positive attitude, and dedication make her role truly invaluable to the CSS family.
 
Outside of work, Allison enjoys exploring the world through travel and experiencing new places and cultures. She has a soft spot for flowers and enjoys spending time in nature whenever she can, always seeking new experiences and meaningful connections with the world around her. She also enjoys movies and gaming in her downtime.
At home, she shares her life with her one dog; Violet and two cats, Hobbs and Gizmo. A true reflection of her lifelong passion for animals and animal welfare.

Abby was born in Springfield, Illinois, and relocated to Colorado in 2010. She joined Come Sit Stay Pet Resorts as Front Desk Concierge in 2024, bringing with her a strong background in pet care, husbandry, grooming, and customer service developed through a variety of hands-on roles within the pet care industry. Prior to joining CSS, Abby worked at in the Pet Industry as both Customer Service and Spa Services, where she cultivated her passion for delivering exceptional pet care and creating positive client experiences.
 
Since becoming part of the CSS family, Abby has quickly become known for her warm personality, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail. Whether welcoming guests at the front desk or providing spa services, she approaches every interaction with genuine compassion, patience, and care. Her dedication to ensuring each pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved. While also creating a positive experience for their owners — makes her an invaluable member of the team. Abby’s strong work ethic, upbeat attitude, and consistent commitment to excellence shines through in everything she does.
 
Outside of work, Abby enjoys video games, music, spending time outdoors, and caring for reptiles. Her love for animals extends far beyond the workplace and is reflected in the diverse family of pets she cares for at home. Abby shares her life with her dog, Ollie, along with six geckos, one snake, one tortoise, and two bearded dragons. A true testament to her lifelong passion for animals, husbandry, and animal welfare.

Katie is a Colorado native, born and raised in Parker, Colorado. A dedicated and driven individual, she graduated early with honors and quickly built a strong professional foundation as an office manager before bringing her talents to Come Sit Stay Pet Resorts as a Front Desk Concierge in 2021.
 
Katie consistently brings her A-game to work each day. Her positive attitude, exceptional multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and extensive knowledge of pet care and husbandry make her an invaluable member of our team. Whether she's assisting clients, coordinating daily operations, or ensuring every pet receives the highest level of care, Katie approaches each task with enthusiasm and professionalism.
 
When she's not at CSS, Katie enjoys spending time with her two beloved dogs—Pancho, her Anatolian Shepherd, and Lefty, her German Shepherd. In her free time, she can often be found tending her garden, curled up with a good book, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, traveling to new destinations, or exploring Colorado's beautiful trails on a hike.

Rivir was born and raised in Friendswood, Texas, and made the move to Colorado in 2022. An ambitious and motivated learner, she graduated high school with college credits already under her belt, along with a Microsoft certification that helped lay the foundation for her professional career.
 
Before joining the team at Come Sit Stay Pet Resorts in 2026, Rivir worked at a veterinary hospital as both a receptionist and veterinary assistant. Her experience in client service, animal care, and veterinary support has made her a tremendous asset to our front desk team. Whether she's greeting clients, answering questions, or helping ensure pets receive exceptional care, Rivir brings both knowledge and compassion to every interaction.
 
At home, Rivir shares her life with two lovable sidekicks: Fergie, her charming pug, and Moomoo, a black-and-white domestic shorthair cat with a personality as unique as his name. When she's not at work or spending time with her furry family members, Rivir enjoys getting lost in a good book, diving into video games, playing electric guitar, and capturing the world through her photography.
 
With her experience in veterinary medicine and passion for animal care, Rivir is a valued member of our team. She takes pride in supporting our guests and their pets while continuing to develop her skills and knowledge.
