With clients like Oscar winning actress, Jessica Lange in his resume, Tim is trusted by pet owners
from all over the world.

TRUSTED...

Offering a unique In-Kennel training program, from 1982 until 2003, CSFD established itself as a trusted professional facility for excellent dog training.

Cruser's School For Dogs serviced the local community by boarding any family pet, for any length of stay. In addition, there were many clients who traveled from all over the tri-state area to board their dogs there, so that they would be happy, comfortable and safe. Tim Cruser and the other trainers at CSFD customized many training programs for pet dogs so that the dog became a part of the family. This was the goal of all of their training -- to make your pet an enjoyable part of your family!

Tim & Lori Cruser sold the business in Virginia in 2003, but still offer this excellent service to clients in Colorado and receive dogs from all over the country for obedience training, behavioral consultations and Sport Dog titling.

1999 North American
SCHH III Champions
Quattro Von Spitzbubezwinger and
Tim Cruser

Developed at the turn of the century, Schutzhund is one of the most demanding of all dog sports. It is designed as a breeding tool for the German Shepherd Dog and requires a reliable and willing partner. This partner is called a Working Dog.

Tim Cruser has been, since his beginning in the sport, a top competitor. His first dog, Ninja von Oberlander SchH III, won High SchH I in Trial in their very first showing together. All titles were trained for and obtained together with Tim. Since then Tim has gone on to title many more dogs and with the help of some great friends co-founded and became Training Director of the Central Virginia SchH Club, located in Rustburg, VA.

Years of training culminated in May of 1999. Against a world class field, Quattro and Tim won the North American SchH III Championship. Competing over three days and against 65 other master level dog teams, Quattro and Tim achieved a winning score of 290 points out of a possible 300. Not only is this a testament to the unique ability of Quattro, but is clear proof of the excellent quality of Tim's training and handling.
