TIM CRUSER SELECTED AS FRONT HALF HELPER
USA SCHH III NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP
RENO, NEVADA
NOVEMBER 4-7 1999

Testing the top 70 SchH III dogs in the United States was the job for Cruser in three days of competition set in the scenic mountains of Reno. For SV Protection Judge, Peter Jacobs, the helpers are paramount to his decision in evaluating the temperament and fight drive of the dogs. This level of competition has literally the best working dogs that can be found in the entire country. Many helpers try out for this position. Demonstrating their skills one by one, they are graded and selected by three officials:

USA Director of Judges
USA Regional Director
Member of the Helper Committee

Tim was selected in part for his experience as well as his excellent ability to test each dog equally while at the same time presenting the dog's grip to the Judge. He is also aware of placing the dog in the proper position on the field at all times. He also makes the dogs look great!

Tim Cruser is one of the most experienced National Event Helpers, having worked National trials in '95,'92,'91, & '90. No one has more of an opportunity to test the character of so many good dogs at once than the front half helper of a USA National Event.
